New Car for L2P Program

Love a little bit of behind the scenes. Here we are yesterday with The Courier, the Ballarat Foundation and the brand new MG we've just purchased for the L2P Program. As our Director Debbie Rybicki said, "it's important to support young people as it's almost impossible to be in the regions without a licence". With 85 active drivers on the program and another 78 waiting patiently in the wings, it's critical for learners to be given the opportunity for supervised driving and not miss out on becoming independent due to personal circumstances. The Foundation is actively looking for volunteer mentors to help with the program. For information or to apply visit ballaratfoundation.org.au or email l2p@ballaratfoundation.org.au. If your community group or organisation may be interested in applying for Community Investment project funding, ask in Branch for more information, eligibility criteria and/or apply online at www.communitygrowshere.com.au/investment
