Our 2024 impact was amplified by an incredible 7:1 leverage ratio. For every $1 we invest, the community reaps $7 in value through co-contributions, volunteer hours and in-kind support. That’s transformational change!

• Mental Health Matters: Supporting programs like SALT (Sport and Life Training), we’re helping young people build resilience and awareness around anxiety and depression.

• Growing for Good: Through Ready Set Grow, we’re fostering sustainability and student wellbeing at Buninyong Primary School.

• Building Belonging: With initiatives like “The Little Things,” we’re helping young people from migrant and refugee backgrounds thrive.

In our community we’re not just making an impact, we’re getting noticed for it too!  In both 2022 and 2023, we were recognised in the Federation University Commerce Ballarat Business Excellence Awards.

 

In 2022, we won both the Social Change Maker and Customer Service Awards and we couldn't have been prouder. We were again a finalist in 2023 in the Professional Services category.
 

These awards recognise organisations that excel in innovation, community impact and outstanding business practices. Being acknowledged two years running is a testament to the work we’re doing to support our local community, customers and businesses.
